5:00 PM – Peoples Choice Ribs Submissions
6:00 PM – Anything Butt and Dessert Jury Meeting Judges
7:00 PM – Anything Butt Category Submissions
7:30 PM – Desserts Category Submission
8:00am – KCBS Registration End – Meat Inspection End

4:00pm – 9:00pm – Brew & Grill
9:00pm – 11:00pm – Brewed Beer Only Saturday 6/16/11
7am to 9am – Team Breakfast on Level 2 at Cluckers.
9:00 am – Judges check-in begins
10:30 am – Judges meet upstairs in his Cluckers.
12:00 – Judging starts 1
1:55 – 12:05 Chicken
12:25 – 12:35 Pork ribs 12:55 –

4:00 – Awards ceremony
